I am proud to share with you the books that I have written, in full or in part.

Whispers in the Pews is a collection of essays from men and women, pastors and nurses, mothers and children, aunts and friends. The recurring theme in their stories is they have experienced how the church deals with mental illness. Some stories are positive, and others are harrowing. Together, they paint a tapestry of how the church can improve when it comes to mental health and loving those who are struggling with it.

Perfectly Abnormal identifies and debunks eights myths that those with chronic illnesses battle, and open the door to conversations about how to engage healthily in community. The path to a better theology of illness is also uncovered and examined.

Father Factor is a fascinating compilation of essays centered around one single idea: How do men join fatherhood, faith, and the church into family life in a meaningful way. My essay discussed the challenges of being a special needs family, both bad and good.

If you're engaged and excited about what you read here, then consider getting my newsletter. This won't be a way to read all my blog posts, and it's not a "help me sell my stuff" list. Let's be honest -- you don't need another sales newsletter, do you?

Yes, I'll talk about my books and where I'm speaking, but it's really another chance for community. I'll share random things that may or may not interest you...like my favorite coffee and why I think wombats are better than narhwals. And I'll invite you to do the same.
